About Me Hello, I am an ordinary office worker working for Seoul IT Company. I started because I wanted to record the steps I have taken while enjoying traveling during
travel story
Places must visit in southern province Korea – The Yeosu-Boseong (1)
Today, I will take a tour of the southern regions of Korea. There are quite a few places I haven’t been to in the south, so I took my steps with anticipation.
The areas I will go to are Yeosu and Boseong. Let’s take a look at the beautiful small town along the South Sea
Yeosu has a national reputation for driving, walking, trekking, swimming in the water, sunrise, and night scenery everywhere.
It is easy to travel between land and islands as it has the clean waters of the South Sea and numerous islands
Visit Yeosu
1. Marine cable car
The first place I visited after arriving in Yeosu is the Yeosu Marine Cable Car.
The Yeosu Marine Cable Car has the charm of being able to directly see the beautiful scenery that was often seen only with aerial photographs.
If you enjoy taking pictures of the floor and scenery in the marine cable car, you will arrive at the boarding area on the other side. The time in the cable car is about 15 minutes.
In the middle of the day, you can see the beautiful sea shimmering in the sunlight.
The’Crystal Kevin’ cable car with a transparent bottom can feel the thrill of flying over the sea.

Normal Kevin : 15$ (round trip), 12$ (one-way) - Location (map)
2. Odongdo Island
If you take the cable car like this, you will get off to an island called Odong-do. This island has a 2.5km tunnel-type trail in a natural forest, so it is a good place to hold an important person’s hand and walk on a day when camellia flowers fall.
Most of the coastline that stretches next to the maze-like promenade is a rocky coast, with various types of rocks and bizarre cliffs mingling with it to create a superb view.
3. Big O show
If you’ve come to remember the wonderful scenery from Odongdo, it’s time to end the day of the Big O Show near Yeosu Expo.
Big O Show is the largest marine fountain show on earth, where water flows out of a large circle and dances to the melody of sweet classical music and jazz.
It is worth seeing because there is a performance of about 1 hour and a little story. However, the story content was something that children would like, so I could see families with many children at the concert hall.

Accommodation
I stayed at the HS Tourist Hotel.
The lodging is a place to sleep only, so I looked for a cheap place.
This is the closest and inexpensive location to the Yeosu Expo and the maritime cable car ride. And there is a swimming pool on the rooftop, so it’s good for a quick break during the day.
