Phuket Island Travel -2, Thailand
The Schedule (2 day) in Phuket
- Pipi & Bambu island tour (all day) -> Phuket Clover Hotel
The second day in Phuket I woke up early to go on a tour of Peppy Island and Bambu Island in the morning.
There I will enjoy snorkeling and surrounding island scenery. This tour has been booked through Klook, and because there are various activities in Klook, it is recommended that you make a reservation in Klook first when preparing for the trip. If you wait in the hotel lobby in the morning for the tour, the van will come and give you a ride. The van goes straight to the dock and you can enjoy the Pippy Island & Bambu Island tour.
The process of moving to Pippy Island and Bambu Island is very rough. A jet boat is running on the waves at a tremendous speed and it feels like riding a roller coaster.
If you travel by boat for about 40 minutes, you can finally see the island, which rises in the blue sea, like a scene in a movie.
You will enjoy snorkeling in the middle of the sea where you can see a beautiful island like the picture above. Be sure to wear a life jacket and snorkeling because the water is deep.
As you look around in a boat, you can also often find monkeys on rocks.
There is also a tour that can feed the monkeys, but this tour does not include feeding, so they just went by looking.
If you go snorkeling after looking around the islands, it will be more than 4 p.m. and you will be tired of riding a roller coaster-like boat for 2 hours, so you will come back to the hotel and take a rest for a day.
The Schedule (3 day)
- ATV Tour -> Wat Chalong -> Big Buddha
The third day is the city tour. This is a day where you can experience the famous temples and atvs in Phuket. It is a time-saving and efficient course because you can visit several famous places in Phuket in a short time because you are driving by car in a group.
The first course is an hour away with an atv, and the course is more tiring than I thought, tired of repeating sections with smaller areas.
Honestly, it was almost a scam to say that I want to run this short section with money.
The second place is Wat Chalong Temple.
Thailand, well-known as a Buddhist country, is said to believe in Buddhism about 90 percent of the population. But Phuket has more Islam than other regions. According to the locals, about 40% believe in Islam. That’s why Phuket has a lot of Muslim food and Muslims as well.
However, just as it is a Buddhist country, there are also many Buddhist temples in Phuket.
I’ve been to Wat Chalong, the largest of the 29 temples in Phuket.
The last place is Big Buddha Park.
The Big Buddha is the world’s largest Buddha statue at a height of 45m and 25m at 400m above the mountain Kaonakido.
When I saw the Big Buddha, which I had only heard in words, up close, my presence felt very small and solemn due to the size of the Buddha.
The view from the top of the Big Buddha is also art, but from the eyes of the Big Buddha, it seems to overlook Phuket.
The blue sea of Phuket overlooking 400m above sea level and the panoramic view of Phuket Town, where locals gather, refresh the minds of travelers.
